Service Options
Provides the customer with the ability to program their own greeting message which will be heard when their pager number is dialed. This service is available for tone, display or alphanumeric service. The message length is 15 seconds.
Provides the customer with an additional number that is attached to the same pager. This may help reduce the cost for people calling the customers pager from a different area code within the basic coverage area.
Provides the ability to be reached in other Cook Paging coverage areas. This is an extension of the Basic Coverage Area.
A separate city phone number in one of the Cook Paging Coverage Areas.
Provides a customer with a phone number and a voicemail plan to receive messages. This package DOES NOT REQUIRE A PAGER. Call limit 300. This service comes with Custom Prompt and is available with various message and storage capacity as listed below: 5 Message Capacity/4 Hour Retention (Storage Time) 20 Message Capacity/24 Hour Retention (Storage Time) 30 Message Capacity/72 Hour Retention (Storage Time)
Voicemail provides the customer the ability to allow callers to either key in a phone number for call back or leave a voice message. It's like connecting a answering machine to your pager! Our voicemail packages are available with various message and storage capacity as listed below:

Our e-mail notification program called CookMail is now available. This customizable service is available for display and alphanumeric pagers. When using an alphanumeric pager, the customer may select to receive the senders name, the subject and body of the e-mail message on their alphanumeric pager, as well as, dropping a copy to their ISP e-mail address. In the case of a display pager the customer may select a numeric code that notifies them that they have a message waiting at their ISP e-mail address.
Send pages to our pagers using your internet connection. With our SNPP software you can send alphanumeric pages over the internet to our Paging Terminal. Contact your local Cook Paging office for more details.
Utilizing a toll free number the customers calls are answer by a live operator, who answers in a fashion that the customer directs, and then dispatch via a text message to their alphanumeric pager. Two unique packages are available, one includes 24 hour dispatch service.
This service provides the customer the ability to set up pager numbers on group calls. The caller simply pages one number and all pagers set up with that group call number will receive the same page.
